Jacqui Gilmour is a specialised physiotherapist in Clinical Pilates and Women's/Men’s Health and Continence; with 25 years experience. Benefits of Pilates are improved core stability, strength, balance, co-ordination, posture, flexibility, breathing and body awareness. Physiotherapy sessions are two clients at a time for 50 mins, using exercise based rehabilitation including reformers and specialised pilates equipment. Sessions are individually tailored and progressed from simple to advanced exercises. Real time ultrasound used for Pelvic Floor Muscle examination. Perfect if you just don’t know where to start!

Kris Yamashita is our Sports and Remedial Massage therapist with over 8 years experience in Remedial Massage and pain management. She has a Diploma of Remedial Massage and is registered with Hicaps for health insurance rebates. Certified in Integrated Orthopaedic Manual Therapy with the Centre for Pain Management and Orthopaedic Massage for hips, lower back, cervical and upper body conditions. Kris has a particular interest in pelvic tilt correction, orthopedic massage and capsular release. Painful muscles will be eased with Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial and Active Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Sports Massage .
